Support Locals GO ("the App") and the Lawton Directory ("the Directory") are operated by Rychelle Sullivan d/b/a B.L.I.N.D.Rumors AI Solutions ("we", "us"). The platforms help residents discover and support local businesses through listings, scavenger hunts, missions, check-ins, points, digital punch cards, and rewards.

The App and Directory are independent community projects. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the City of Lawton, Comanche County, the State of Oklahoma, or any government agency, school, or chamber of commerce.

Points, badges, digital punch cards, Founders Tokens, and any in-app rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. They are a promotional loyalty feature only.

Rewards and discounts are offered and honored by the individual participating business at that business's sole discretion. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, price, or fulfillment of any reward, deal, punch card, or promotion listed in the App.

We may add, change, expire, or remove rewards, missions, and point balances at any time, including to prevent fraud or abuse. Void where prohibited by law.

The "share the Lawton Directory all week" promotion is a voluntary referral activity. No purchase is necessary to participate. Any free Founders Token, gift, or in-app credit earned is subject to availability and the participating business's terms. Sharing must comply with each social platform's own terms of service.

Check-ins may use device location, QR codes, or NFC. Location data is used only to verify eligibility for hunts, missions, and rewards. Do not check in while driving. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions at participating businesses.

Business information, hours, deals, and perks are provided by the business owner or gathered from public sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Businesses are responsible for the content of their own listings, deals, and rewards, and for compliance with applicable advertising, tax, alcohol, food-service, and consumer-protection laws.

The founding phase is free for accepted businesses and month-to-month. Founders may be featured in launch materials, hunts, and on the Founders wall. Pricing tiers shown elsewhere on the site are illustrative and subject to change before general launch.

"Support Locals GO", "Lawton Directory", "Launch Legends", "Founders Token", and "B.L.I.N.D.Rumors AI Solutions" are marks of Rychelle Sullivan. Business names and logos displayed in the App remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for informational directory purposes.

Do not attempt to spoof location, automate check-ins, create duplicate accounts, harass other users or businesses, or use the App for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts and void points for abuse.

The demo does not collect real accounts. When accounts launch, we will collect only the information needed to run the App (name, email, general location, check-in history, and points). We will not sell personal information. A full privacy policy will be posted before launch.

The App and Directory are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the App, participation in any hunt or promotion, or any interaction with a participating business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Comanche County, Oklahoma.
