Terms of Service

The App is operated by Rychelle Sullivan d/b/a B.L.I.N.D.Rumors AI Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 13 or older to use the App and 18+ to redeem age-restricted rewards. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must give accurate signup info. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are used fraudulently.

Points, badges, tier levels, digital punch cards, Founder tokens, and any in-app rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, are non-transferable, and expire at our discretion (typically after 12 months of inactivity).

Rewards and discount codes are offered and honored by the participating business at that business's sole discretion. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, price, or fulfillment of any reward, deal, or promotion.

We may add, change, expire, or remove rewards, missions, hunts, and point balances at any time, including to prevent fraud or abuse. Void where prohibited.

"Follow & share" perks are a voluntary promotional activity. When you tap Follow or Share in the App, we record a share-proof event (business, platform, city, timestamp, and a proof URL keyed to your account) so participating businesses can honor the discount.

You must actually complete the follow or share on the third-party platform. Fabricating, automating, or reusing share-proof links may void points and any earned discount codes.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter and other platforms are not affiliated with the App and do not sponsor these perks. Your activity on those platforms is governed by their own terms.

Check-ins use signed QR codes shown at the counter and, optionally, your device location to confirm you're at the business. Do not scan or check in while driving. Do not attempt to spoof GPS, share tokens, or automate scans — we may void points and suspend accounts for abuse.

The State Founder program recognizes one lead creator per state based on shares and in-app activity. Founder status is a badge and courtesy recognition. It does not create employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and does not entitle the creator to revenue unless a separate written creator agreement is signed.

We may revoke or reassign the badge for inactivity, harassment, misrepresentation, purchased engagement, or violation of these Terms.

Business information, hours, and offers are provided by the business or gathered from public sources and may be inaccurate. Businesses are responsible for their own listings, deals, and legal compliance (advertising, tax, food-service, alcohol, etc.).

If a listing or photo needs to be removed, email hello@supportlocals.app with the business name and we'll act within 7 days.

Don't spoof location, automate check-ins or shares, create duplicate accounts, harass users or businesses, upload someone else's content without permission, or use the App for unlawful activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission. Screenshots for personal, editorial, or press use are permitted with attribution to "Support Locals GO by Rychelle Sullivan".

Business names, logos, and images shown in the App remain the property of their owners and are used with permission or for informational directory purposes. To report copyright infringement or request removal, see our DMCA & Copyright page.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the App or any interaction with a participating business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Comanche County, Oklahoma. Nothing here waives any non-waivable consumer right you have under your local law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
